Can I read On Continuous Maps of Sequence Spaces on EtoBox?

On Continuous Maps of Sequence Spaces by W. B. Jurkat; B. L. R. Shawyer is a Mathematics article available to read on EtoBox.

What is On Continuous Maps of Sequence Spaces about?

It is well known that continuous functions preserve convergence: that is, if ,x = {.x t j is a convergent sequence and/(.x) = {/(x l )j is the pointwise map of χ by a continuous function/ then f(x) is a convergent sequence and lim/(.v) -/'(lim χ). In this paper, we investigate the situation for sequences in spaces other than the space of convergent sequences. We deduce that results analogous to the one above require that the function concerned be of the form f(z) = uz + tiz + c.

Who reads On Continuous Maps of Sequence Spaces?

It is typically read by researchers, students, and practitioners in Mathematics.
