This study investigates the effects of different proportions of Bio-Oss and autogenous bone on bone formation and volumetric stability in rabbit calvaria. Results indicate that grafts with 100% Bio-Oss and 75% Bio-Oss with 25% autogenous bone exhibited superior dimensional stability compared to 100% autogenous bone. Histological analysis showed no significant differences in newly formed bone area across the groups, but autogenous bone alone demonstrated faster resorption.
