1. Install Xpdf on the server to print XML publisher PDF reports directly from the concurrent manager. 2. Ensure Pasta is the latest version and define the PDF printer driver, print style, and associate it with the printer type. 3. Verify the pasta-pdf.conf file contains an entry to print PDF files using the pasta framework. 4. When running XML publisher reports, select the "PDF Publisher" print style and choose the configured printer to print the PDF report.
