What is Culture for Learning: Goal Setting Board about?

This teacher created a "Stick To Your Goals" board to help students believe in themselves and feel a sense of success. Students wrote down academic goals they wanted to achieve by the end of the year on the back of cactus cutouts, which were then placed on the board as a constant reminder. In the future, the teacher plans to have students create goal timelines to track their progress toward meeting their objectives.
