Invaders from Mars (1953) is a sci-fi film about a boy who witnesses a flying saucer landing and sees his father and others in town act strangely afterwards. He comes to realize an invasion from Mars is taking place. The boy works with scientists to find the saucers underground location and discover the Martians are controlling the townspeople. The army attacks the saucer but the boy and a doctor are captured. They escape and the saucer is destroyed as the boy wonders if it was all a dream.
