This study tested the insecticidal potential of chili pepper fruit extract against termites. Fifteen termites were placed in three containers - one control container without extract, one with 100% concentrated extract, and one with 50% extract. Termites in the 100% concentration container died within 5 minutes, while those in the 50% concentration died within 2 hours. The results showed that chili pepper fruit extract has positive effects as an insecticide against household termites.
