Results indicate that hypertension exacerbates the inflammatory response and inhibits mineralization, negatively affecting treatment outcomes. Despite this, MTA still demonstrated some mineralization ability under hypertensive conditions, suggesting potential implications for endodontic treatment in hypertensive patients.
