K2Sr4Nb10O30-based dielectric ceramics having the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure and temperature-stable high permittivity by B Tribotté; J.M Haussonne; G Desgardin is a Materials Science article available to read on EtoBox.
What is K2Sr4Nb10O30-based dielectric ceramics having the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure and temperature-stable high permittivity about?
This study concerns K 2 Sr 4 Nb 10 O 30 -based (KSN) dielectric ceramics, having the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure (TTB), which display a high permittivity and ̄at e H r =f(T) curves meeting the X7R speci®cation. The series K 2 Sr 4 (Mg x Nb 10±x )O 30-(3/2)x exhibit these properties, as well as K 2 Sr 4 Nb 9Á78 O 29Á45 and K 2 (Sr 3Á25 Pb 0Á75 )Nb 9Á78 O 29Á45 when sintered with MgO or ZrO 2 . Both X-ray and electron diraction reveal the former composition to be a single phase material with the TTB structure. In this material, the presence of disorder, resulting from a large variation in the local K/Sr ratio and the presence of Zr on the octahedral niobium sites, is primarily responsible for the X7R e H r =f(T) curve with e H r,25 C =5000.
