A female neonate presented with an unusual combination of defects consistent with VACTERL association, including left cleft lip and palate as well as renal angiomyolipoma. VACTERL is a mnemonic for vertebral, anal, cardiac, tracheal, esophageal, renal, and limb defects. This case report describes a rare presentation of VACTERL association with renal angiomyolipoma and left cleft lip and palate, an association not previously reported in literature.
