This study presents the synthesis of high-quality all-inorganic CsPbI3 and CsPb2Br5 nanocrystals using various methods, leading to the fabrication of efficient perovskite solar cells. The solar cells achieved power conversion efficiencies of 0.74% for yellow phase CsPbI3 and 6.9% for black phase CsPbI3, with CsPb2Br5 reaching 2.82%.
