This study presents the in situ polymerization of polyurethane (PU) composites reinforced with graphene nanosheets (GNSs), resulting in significant enhancements in mechanical and thermal properties. The incorporation of 2.0 wt% GNSs led to increases in tensile strength and storage modulus by 239% and 202%, respectively, while also improving electrical conductivity and thermal stability. The method described offers a promising approach for preparing graphene-based polymer composites for various applications.
