Sofia Makumbi, a 29-year-old female, presented with painless PV bleeding for one month at 11 weeks of gestation, along with symptoms of dyspnea, palpitations, and easy fatigability. Examination revealed moderate pallor and mild hypogastric tenderness, leading to a diagnosis of threatened abortion with anemia. Following ultrasound confirmation of a blighted ovum, a D&C was performed, and she was discharged with medication for recovery.
