This study validated the Hungarian version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory–Educators Survey (MBI-ES) on 211 elementary and secondary school teachers in Hungary. Confirmatory factor analysis found that a bifactor model with a general burnout factor and three specific factors of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment had the best fit.
