Results indicate that the combination treatment showed a higher rate of wound regeneration (94.15%) compared to diclofenac (88.30%) on day 10, with no significant differences in adverse events between the two groups. The study concludes that the fixed-dose combination is safe and more effective for wound healing than diclofenac alone.
