What is Overview of Competitive Wushu Sport about?

Wushu is a modern sport derived from traditional Chinese martial arts that was created in China after 1949. It consists of two disciplines: taolu (forms) where competitors perform martial art patterns and maneuvers and are judged, and sanda (sparring) which resembles kickboxing but includes more grappling techniques.
