This is an annotated version of "Quantum Theory" by David Bohm. I used the textbook of David Bohm to study Quantum Mechanics and, while "studying" it, I put several comments/notes to explain myself the deep concepts of quantum mechanics. In doing so, I ended up writing several appendixes that were the result of my efforts to understand better the subject. Could do better with a cover page.
