The study aimed to test if terminal velocity and mass are linearly proportional for objects of the same surface area. Muffin cases were dropped from 1 meter and their velocities were recorded using video analysis software. Initial results did not show linear proportionality between mass and terminal velocity. The experiment was improved by releasing objects higher and increasing mass in smaller increments. The revised results still did not match the expected linear relationship, demonstrating the hypothesis
