This study describes 64 patients with pudendal neuralgia seen between March and December 2003. Clinical findings included pain along the pudendal nerve distribution aggravated by sitting and relieved by standing/lying. Neurophysiologic testing found abnormalities in the pudendal nerve in most patients.
