This case report describes a 55-year-old male patient who presented with oral candidiasis (oral thrush). The patient had a history of asthma treated with inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) for 3 months. On examination, diffuse white patches were seen in the mouth. Scrapings revealed candidal hyphae on cytological examination.
