This case report describes a 15-year-old boy with cerebral abscess and obstructive hydrocephalus who also had confirmed COVID-19, pulmonary tuberculosis, and nutritional marasmus. He presented with shortness of breath and was admitted to the hospital. He had a history of pulmonary tuberculosis treated 6 years prior. Imaging showed a brain abscess had developed which was complicated by hydrocephalus. He received treatment for his various conditions. This case aims to monitor the patient
