The Consortium of Sri Lankan Academic Libraries (CONSAL) has launched a Centralized Document Delivery Service through the British Library Document Supply Service to meet the scholarly literature needs of Sri Lankan academics. This service is coordinated by the University of Colombo Library and is available to academics from fifteen state universities.
