This study aimed to assess the prevalence and risk factors of Helicobacter pylori infection among adult dyspeptic patients attending Bokoji Hospital in Southeast Ethiopia. A cross-sectional study was conducted from July to October 2019 involving 348 adult dyspeptic patients. Stool and blood samples were collected and tested for H. pylori antigen and blood group.
