What is Go Ms 94 Tender Emd&Fsd about?

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has amended the A.P. Financial Code to include Insurance Surety Bonds as an acceptable security instrument for contracts with the government. This change allows bidders to use Insurance Surety Bonds for Bid Security and Performance Security, in addition to existing forms of security. All relevant departments are instructed to update their codes and manuals accordingly.
