This study investigates the impact of team collaboration, supervision, and work motivation on auditor performance within the Supreme Audit Institution in Indonesia. Data from 361 auditors were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling, revealing that team collaboration and work motivation significantly influence auditor performance, while supervision does not. The research aims to provide insights for enhancing auditor performance through effective teamwork and motivation strategies.
