An 85-year-old man presented with dyspnea, fever, dysphagia and chronic cough. Imaging showed a bronchoesophageal fistula and broncholith. An endoscopy identified the fistula and removed the broncholith. The patient was discharged after placement of an esophageal stent and feeding tube.
