This study evaluated the effect of different corn starch concentrations as a disintegrant on the disintegration time of vitamin E tablets for dogs. Three formulas were tested with corn starch concentrations of 2% (Formula I), 4% (Formula II), and 6% (Formula III). The disintegration times were 23.41±0.06 minutes for Formula I, 21.54±0.51 minutes for Formula II, and 18.28±1.26 minutes for Formula III.
