The KNIPEX StepCut® Cable Shears are compact, lightweight, and designed for comfortable cutting with reduced effort, making cutting up to 40% easier than standard shears. They can cut multi-core stranded copper and aluminum cables up to 15 mm in diameter and solid cables up to 5 x 4 mm² without crushing. The shears feature an ergonomic handle design, a pinch guard for safety, and are not suitable for steel wire or hard drawn copper conductors.
