This study evaluates the impact of a mentoring program on the academic performance of low achievers in a medical college in Chhattisgarh, India. Results indicate that 98.1% of participants showed improved scores in their second internal examination, and 84% reported that mentoring enhanced their understanding and confidence. The findings suggest that structured mentoring can effectively support low achievers in medical education.
