What is Alodia about?

This study investigates the relationship between social comparison and self-esteem among late adolescent Instagram users in West Jakarta. Utilizing a quantitative method with 198 respondents aged 18-22, the research finds a weak negative correlation (r = -0.245, p > 0.01) between social comparison and self-esteem. The findings indicate that increased social comparison on Instagram may negatively impact self-esteem in late adolescents.
