What is Xvart Encounter in Evil Dungeon about?

This dungeon was created by an evil cult as a mine. It has since been abandoned multiple times due to internal conflicts and attacks. The dungeon is very hot, requiring Constitution saves each hour to avoid exhaustion. Wandering monsters include darkmantles, gray oozes, giant spiders, an ettercap and wolf spider returning to their lair, and a gibbering mouther. Room 1 contains a gelatinous cube. Room 3 has a ladder to a balcony, an evil altar, a wererat and xvart, and an acid spray trap.
