A 27-year-old male presented with a 0.5 cm pink papule on his left leg. A biopsy was performed which revealed the diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma of the skin on the left leg. Cavernous hemangioma is a benign tumor composed of dilated blood-filled spaces lined by endothelial cells.
