Honeywell has developed a new service called SIGNS (Secure Infrastructure & Ground Network Services) to facilitate troubleshooting for FalconConnect customers. SIGNS allows remote access to router and SATCOM logs to analyze for issues. It synchronizes logs from the aircraft to servers on the ground.
