Can I read Probing the photoelectrochemical properties of hematite (α-Fe~2~O~3~) electrodes using hydrogen peroxide as a hole scavenger on EtoBox?

Probing the photoelectrochemical properties of hematite (α-Fe~2~O~3~) electrodes using hydrogen peroxide as a hole scavenger by Hen Dotan; Kevin Sivula; Michael Grätzel; Avner Rothschild; Scott C. Warren is a Engineering article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Probing the photoelectrochemical properties of hematite (α-Fe~2~O~3~) electrodes using hydrogen peroxide as a hole scavenger about?

We study hematite (a-Fe 2 O 3 ) photoelectrodes for water splitting by examining the fate of photogenerated holes. Using H 2 O 2 as an efficient hole scavenger, we collect all holes that arrive at the electrode/electrolyte interface. This provides the ability to distinguish between and quantify bulk and surface recombination processes involved in the photoelectrochemical oxidation of water. Below 1.0 V RHE , electrolyte oxidation kinetics limits the performance but above 1.2 V RHE bulk recombination becomes the limiting factor.

Who reads Probing the photoelectrochemical properties of hematite (α-Fe~2~O~3~) electrodes using hydrogen peroxide as a hole scavenger?

It is typically read by researchers, students, and practitioners in Engineering.
