This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for nurses at RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang hospital. The study found that POS has a positive significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction also has a positive significant effect on organizational commitment. POS also has a positive significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.
