This case report details a 9-month multidisciplinary rehabilitation protocol for a professional soccer player following a chronic-degenerative patellar tendon rupture. The protocol emphasized early post-operative mobilization, leading to significant improvements in knee range of motion, strength, and overall functional outcomes. The results suggest that early surgical intervention and a structured rehabilitation program can yield excellent recovery results after such injuries.
