Can I read Pathological roles of microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) in Alzheimer's disease on EtoBox?

Pathological roles of microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) in Alzheimer's disease by Shuntaro Hara; Yukiko Kuroki is a Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Pathological roles of microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) in Alzheimer's disease about?

stimulus-activated enzymes. Lysophospholipids are reacylated to form mature and diverse membrane glycerophospholipids by the action of acyl-CoA:lysophospholipid acyltransferases. Recent studies in our laboratories and others have identified ∼30 gene family encoding putative acyltransferases (AGPAT, MBOAT and DGAT family). The enzymes have promiscuous substrate specificity to be essential for asymmetry (sn-1 vs sn-2) and diversity of glycerophospholipid species. The lipid mediators are produced during deacylation-reacylation cycle (Lands' cycle), and their productions are regulated by concerted or disconcerted actions of two enzyme activities.

Who reads Pathological roles of microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1) in Alzheimer's disease?

It is typically read by researchers, students, and practitioners in Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology.
