This randomized controlled trial examined the effects of oral vitamin E supplementation on the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis. 70 patients were randomly assigned to receive either 400 IU of oral vitamin E or a placebo daily for 4 months in addition to their usual atopic dermatitis treatment.
