What is Luran S757 G about?

Luran® S 757G is an injection molding grade of acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) that is particularly suitable for difficult molds with large flow path to wall thickness ratios. It has good mechanical properties like tensile modulus of 2400 MPa and impact strength of 190 kJ/m2 at 23°C. It also has good thermal properties with a Vicat softening temperature of 97°C and burns slowly with a UL 94 HB rating at thicknesses as low as 0.8 mm. Rheological tests show it has a melt volume flow rate of 25 cm3/10min
