This study analyzes the relationship between family support and work environment on work-life balance in working mothers with preschool-age children. Results indicate that family support significantly influences work-life balance (β = 0.566), while the work environment has a smaller but positive effect (β = 0.318), together explaining 59.4% of the variability.
