This study examines the effect of patient safety culture dimensions on willingness to report patient safety incidents at Hospital X in Malang, Indonesia. The study found that perceptions of communication openness had a positive and significant effect on willingness to report, but teamwork, staff composition, feedback and learning from errors, non-punitive response to error, management support, cooperation between teams, and handover processes did not affect willingness to report.
