Banksy is a famous British graffiti artist known for his anonymous and politically charged street art. His work grew out of the underground scene in Bristol and was inspired by fellow artist 3D. Some of his most notable pieces include a mural painted in Gaza and a giant Brexit mural in Dover. Banksy does not do interviews to maintain his anonymity, which is important as graffiti is illegal.
