This study investigates the prevalence of autoantibodies in Bangladeshi patients with systemic sclerosis and their association with clinical features. Among 71 patients, anti-topoisomerase-I was the most common autoantibody, and specific antibodies were linked to pulmonary arterial hypertension and restrictive lung disease. The findings highlight the importance of autoantibody testing in understanding disease manifestations and prognosis in this population.
