What is Choir Structure and Roles in Mass about?

A choir is an organized group of singers that participates in religious services by leading congregational singing. Choirs can be mixed gender, all male, all female, or composed of children. They are structured with a choir master or director and are usually arranged into four parts - soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. During mass, the choir plays an important role by leading various liturgical songs and helping the congregation to fully participate through song.
