What is Shatavari about?

This document describes a clinical study that evaluated the effects of Shatavari Churna (powder of Asparagus racemosus) and Shatavari Taila Uttarbasti (oil enema of A. racemosus) on atyartava (excessive menstrual bleeding). 40 patients were divided into 2 groups: Group A received Shatavari Churna orally for 3 months, while Group B received Shatavari Churna orally and Shatavari Taila Uttarbasti during menstruation for 3 months. Both treatments significantly reduced symptoms, but Group B showed better results
