What is Wai Kru: A Hub for MMA Training about?

Wai Kru is an MMA gym located in Brighton, MA that was opened in 2006 by John Allan. The gym trains fighters in multiple martial arts disciplines like judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and focuses on both fitness and competition.
