This document describes the development of an LC method for the simultaneous quantification of eugenol, cinnamaldehyde, and isoeugenol from the leaf powder of Cinnamomum tamala Nees & Eberm and stem bark powder of Cinnamomum zeylanicum Breyn. Linear responses were obtained for each component over specific concentration ranges.
