This study evaluated the effectiveness of using Pulpotec as a dressing in the pulp chamber of necrotic primary molars with bone lesions. 40 primary molars in healthy children aged 4-6 underwent chemomechanical cleaning and disinfection of the root canals and Pulpotec placement in the pulp chamber. Clinical and radiographic evaluations were performed up to one year post-procedure. The results showed healing of bone lesions in 67.7% of patients, with significant reductions in the height and width of lesions.
