The results indicate that the ALG/CRO hydrogel significantly improves the viability of stem cells, reduces scar thickness, and promotes angiogenesis, thereby aiding cardiac recovery. This hydrogel has potential as an injectable carrier for cell delivery in cardiac regeneration therapies.
