This thesis examines productivity improvement for small and medium garment manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) in Yeka Sub City, Ethiopia. The study identifies key factors influencing SME productivity, including working capital, business networks, raw material sourcing and supply, wages, working conditions, product quality, technology, health and safety, production efficiency, and business regulations.
