What is Coming Out Experiences of Filipino Gay Men about?

This study analyzes the coming out process of millennial Filipino gay men. Data was collected through interviews of one gay man from each of five colleges at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Laguna. The results showed that these millennial Filipino gay men still typically disclose their sexual orientation through traditional means rather than using digital methods like social media. The study aimed to understand the context, forms of communication, and role of language in how these men come out.
